Klang Food Experience in December (Part 1)

Now to do some catching up.

Here are some of the things I was up to during this blog's silent streak:

While in between marking those CCS assignments, there were the trips to and fro Klang for seafood and bak kut teh (yes, there were more than one trips... two actually, with a third one in the works), of which I had already put out the photos on FB.

On 5 December, we drove down to the port city for a makan-makan trip. We headed all the way to Pandamaran (special thanks to Google maps for getting us there!) for a gastronomical seafood experience.

That seafood restaurant at Pandamaran

Mantis prawns with dried chilli ('kam heong lye liu har').
The one that kickstarted our Klang seafood experience.

I'm not good with my veggies... is this 'choy sum'? Yeah, fried in garlic.

Lala in some herbal soup, which turned out a lot better than expected
(I saw the next table and another table and both ordered this as well, must be their speciality)

Klang seafood rice noodle ('tanghoon/tongfun')

Crab in salted duck eggs

Fresh and delicious seafood. Five dishes that costs us about RM 68 and food enough to feed four souls. I think it was worth the money and the trip down.

I don't normally do this because this is not a food review blog, but here are the contact info and opening hours if you should want to go try it out for yourself. For directions, how about trying Google Maps. I got there fine.
